Open structure
Cooling in ambient air is an important part of the production process for a wide variety of cookies. In order to give the cookies the correct cooling time, IntOCon has built a custom spiral tower. The open structure is of great importance for accessibility and cleanability. Additional challenge was the design of the infeed and outfeed of the spiral tower in function of the available space and taking the position of existing production and packaging machines into account.
Ambient or refrigerated areas
IntOCon spiral towers are designed and manufactured so that they can be operated in ambient air or in rooms with forced cooling.
