About IntOCon

IntOCon designs and produces stainless steel solutions for internal transport and customized machines for the food industry. This includes all types of conveyors, elevators, pick and place systems, destackers, roller conveyors, turntables, structures, etc. as well as specific machines, customized for unique applications, which are not available on the market as standard.

Our strengths: years of expertise, ergonomic and hygienic designs, high-quality technical components and correct after-sales service. Three pillars are unconditional in every design and realization: safety for operators, safety for the product, and the motto “no product may be lost.

Mouth to mouth publicity over the years has led to over a 1,000 references, both with recurrent renowned manufacturers and start-ups, in Belgium and abroad, in all food segments.

History

IntOCon started in 1998, and was founded with the mission to be a trusted and preferred supplier for all custom stainless steel work. As a specialized stainless steel processor, IntOCon gradually profiled itself as the ideal partner for numerous applications in the food industry.

IntOCon experienced steady growth and in 2004 the workshop was expanded for the first time. Next to the existing warehouse a second workshop of 1800 m² was built. In the meantime, we have spacious offices for the design, engineering and planning department and a 5000 m² modern equipped workshop. This allows us to produce, assemble and test large projects completely in-house.

Machinery

Right from the start, IntOCon has heavily invested in an extensive and modern fleet of machines and vehicles. This allows us to offer maximum finishing and flexibility to our customers. Quality and finishing is our commitment.

IntOCon has its own turning and milling department, a large format laser cutting machine, a precision bending machine and two surface blasting cabins. This ensures a nice even finish of the welded inox constructions and on the other hand the perfect smoothness where food comes in direct contact with the construction.

In a separate dedicated hall, all machines are assembled, tested and proof run.
