Fully automatic loading
Our customer Poco Loco uses cobots for automatic loading of carton sheets into thermoforming packaging machines. The cart with the sheets is a unique IntOCon design where the height is automatically adjusts so that the arm of the cobot has to cover less distance, resulting in the highest efficiency. It is also more ergonomic for the operators to place the sheets in the cart.
Use of cobots
To replace space taking protection cages around robots, IntOCon has already delivered several cobot projects. These cobots work together in the same environment as operators, without the need for a protection cage. IntOCon is a partner of Industrial Cobotics BV, for integration of Universal Robots (UR).
